There is nothing that The Conklin Family + Partner Long Island Ice & Fuel Corp. is more passionate about than CLEAN ICE + FOOD SAFETY!!

Through the proprietary freezing process, in the entirely self contained ice production system, Long Island Ice produces some of the cleanest ice with the lowest levels of impurities on the East End!

The question nobody ever knows the answer to, except us.

For Weddings & Catered Events:

• Typically 3-5lbs per person

                                 * Remember - during higher temperatures, 5+ lbs per person is appropriate, the weather increases meltage and drink consumption!

Backyard Events & Chilling:

• For every case of Beer/Wine/Soda/Water/Etc. at least 10 - 15+ lbs 

Cocktails + Drinking:

• 1-2 lbs/person

A friendly reminder that all recommendations are dependent on a series of factors: weather, indoor/outdoor event, temperature of materials to be chilled, drinking crowd, length of event, etc. please take all of these into consideration!

We always recommend ordering at least 10% more than you think you need - when you’re out of ice the party is over - and nobody wants to be the one to run out to get more!

We kindly ask a 400lbs minimum delivery, typically 10 - 40lb bags.
